Ingredients
- 500 grams boneless mutton, cubed.
- 1-inch piece ginger,
- 1-inch piece raw green papaya.

- 5 flakes garlic.
- ¼ cup curd ½ tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tblsp. Poppyseeds.
- 1 tblsp. Chironji nts.
- 25 grams cashewnurs.
- 1 mined onion.
- 1 tblsp toasted gramflour.
- 1 tsp. garam masala.
- Salt and chilli powder to taste.
Method

Grind giner, garlic and papaya to a paste. Also p[owder nuts and poppy seeds. Rub the mutton with ginger paste. Mix the curds with nut paste and spices and salt. Lay pasandas on a non stick baking dish or a lioghtly greased dish. Por curds on top.

Sprinkle with gram flour and garam masala. Add to ground onion 1 tblsp. Curd and few drops of orange food colouring. Spread over the meat. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 1 hour or till the kababs are tender and the liquid absorbed by te meat. Decorate with chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and green onions.
