- Handful of coriander leaves.
- ¼ tsp. turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.

- 2 tblsps ground coconut.
- ½ cup coconut milk.
- 50 grams tomatoes, peeled and pureed.
Method

Grill the brinjal over as open flame till the skin turns black and te brinjal turns soft.

Peel and mash to a smooth paste.

Put the rest of the ingredients in a pan and cook till the mixture turns thick, put in the brinjal mix well and serve hot.
