Ingredients
- 3 cups finely sliced sarsoan ka sag or mustard greens.
- 1 cup finely sliced spinach.
- 50 grams sliced tomatoes.

- 1 tblsp. Flour.
- 1 small onion, minced.
- ½ inch piece ginger, minced.
- 3 green chillies, minced.
- 4 flakes garlic, minced.
- ¼ tsp. turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp. each of chilli and coriander powder.
- 1 tsp. ground cumin seeds. Salt to taste.
Method

Put all the above ingredients with the exception of flour in a pan. Add a cup of water and cook till the greens are soft. Mash to a fine paste.

Mix in the flour, reheat and keep on stirring till most of the moisture is absorbed.
