Ingredients
- 1 cup poha or beaten rice.
- 1 cup coconut milk.
- ¼ cup tamarind juice

- ½ tsp. roasted and pounded cumin seeds.
- 1 chilli, 1 bigh handful of coriander leaves.
- 2 tblsps sugar. Salt and chilli powder to taste.
Method
- Wash the poha and squeeze out the water.
- Mix together all the above ingredients with the exception of chilli and coriander leaves.
- Grind to a paste and mix into the poha.
