Ingredients
- 5 cups buttermilk,
- ½ coconut, grated.
- 1 tblsp. Cumin seeds.

- I-inch piece ginger.
- 4 green chillies, slitted.
- 4 red chillies.
- 1 tblsp. Gram flour.
- ½ tsp. turmeric powder.
- 50 grams each of potatoes, pumpkin and french beans.
- 1 drumstick.
- 1 raw banana.
- A few curry leaves.
- 1 tsp. each of mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Salt to taste.
Method

Peel and cut all the vegetables into 1-inch pieces. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, ginger and red chillies to a paste. Mix gramflour into the buttermilk. Add salt and turmeric powder into the vegetables with very little water and cook till almost done, add the ground paste and curry leaves and continue cooking till the vegetables are done.
- Pour in buttermilk and bring slowly to a boil. Remove from fire. Dry roast mustard and urad dal to a red colour and put into the kolumbu.

Day 03 Dutch Fort

Galle. Visit the Dutch Fort, which is over a mile long, a Dutch Church, the Natural Harbor, the Dutch Cultural Museum and the National Maritime Museum. Also Galle is famous for it's Lace making, ebony carving and gem polishing. Dinner and over night stay at New Orient or similar.
Day 04 Nuwaraeliya

Day 05 Haggala

Day 06 Kandy
