Ingredients

250 grams beaten curds.
50 grams gramflour or besan.
1 tsp. roasted and ground cumin seeds.

1-inch piece ginger, minced.
1 tsp. poppy seeds.
1 tblsp. Sugar. 2 green chillies, minced.
Handful of sliced coriander leaves.
½ tsp. garam masala.
Salt and chilli powder to taste.

Method

Mix flour with salt, ginger cumin deeds, poppy seeds, chillies, salt and coriander leaves. Mix in enough water to form a thin batter.

Put over a slow fire and cook till the mixture turns thick and leaves the surface. Set aside to turn cold and cut into small pieces. Mix sugar with curds and dhokli pieces.

Sprinkle on top garam masala, chilli powder and coriander leaves
