Ingredients
- 500 grams pork cut into thin strips.
- 4 tblsps. soya sauce.
- 2 tablsps sugar.

- ½ liter chicken stock.
- 1 carrot, sliced.
- 1 capsicum, sliced.
- 4 rings pineapple, cubed.
- 2 tblbsps vinegar.
- 1 tsp. dry ginger powder 1 tblsp.
- Tomato sauce.
- 1 tblsp. Brandy.
- 1 tblsp. Cornflour blended in ¼ cup water.
- Salt to taste.
Method
-
Put the pork to cook with chicken stock and soya sauce and ginger powder, salt and sugar.
- When the pork is almost cooked, add the vegetables.
- Cook till the vegetables are done. Mix in the remaining things and continue cooking till the mixture is quite thick. Serve hot.
