Method:

Fry sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and red chillies in a dry pan untill they splutter

Add salt to it and grind into paste using little amount of water

Now add the paste to the rice and mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and when they splutter add this to the rice mixture and serve hot with pappad
