2 cups minced cooked prawns or crabmeat.

1 tsp. prepared mustard.

¼ tsp, worecestshire sauce.

2 tblsps. minced green chillies.

Handful of sliced coriander leaves.

Salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste.

1 tiny onion, minced.

Method

Mix together cheese, lime juice, mustard and spices in the electric blender and blend at low speed till smooth and creamy.

Add a little milk to facilitate the grind. Mix in the crabmeat, chillies onion and coriander leaves before serving.
