Ingredients
- 300 grams lean mutton, cubed.

- ½ cup thick tamarind juice.
- Sugar to suit the taste.
Method
- Apply ginger, garlic, salt and pepper on mutton pieces and set aside for 1 hour. Skewer and roast over a charcoal fire till golden brown.
- Grind the til or sesame seeds and mix with tamarind, sugar and groundnuts. Cook over a slow fire till thick.
- Arrange kababs on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, pineapple and cucumber. Serve sauce in a separate bowl as a dip.
