With the group of 36 islands, Lakshadweep on the west coast of India offers the most unique, puritan and still unexplored marine life destination in India.
It is the smallest union territory of India consisting of 12 coral atolls, three coral reefs, five banks, and numerous islets.
11 out of total islands are inhabited and only five of them are open for tourists.
