  • EXERCISE 1:
  • Lie flat on the floor on your stomach.  Keep your arms by you sides.  Raise your let leg keeping it straight.

Your posture will form a beautiful arch.  Now, like a pendulum, rock your body slowly forwards and backwards.  After rocking your body twenty times in both the directions, leave your legs and revert to the original position.
  • Gain:  This exercise reduces the fat from the stomach and the back and makes the stomach firm.
