- Lie on your stomach facing downward. Keep your arms straight by your sides.
- Now keep your legs straight and lift them slowly from the floor.
- After about five seconds, lower them slowly. Repeat this action ten times.
- Those who find this exercise very easy should keep their arms stretched straight above their head, and along with their legs, they should lift their arms and the upper half of the body also.
- Gain: This exercise reduces the fat from the waist and the buttocks and makes them shapely.

Purusha suktam - Yoga Archives and ayurveda explains that the body of an individual has no meaning
without purusha or soul. Narayana and the concept takes the purusha suktam in two aspects or
meanings.
The first one refers to Jeevetma (soul) which is called Shuddha
Purusha. The second aspect talks about the body along with soul i.e.
Karma
Purusha. Hindu Deities and the overall Ayurveda concept exists to better the Karma Purusha and
thus it is of much significance.
Classification of purusha suktam and ymir
» Ek Dhatwatmak Purusha : Narayana - It is one of the hindu
mythology and it refers to a purusha
which has only one constituent like the Jeevetma (soul), also known as
Shuddha Purusha and cipactli.
» Dwi dhatwatmak Purusha : Yoga archives - Hindu deities, Yoga Archives refers to the Purusha
which has two constituents. It is the combination of Shuddha Purusha and the
body.
» Tri dhatwatmak Purusha : Anahata Yoga and
it suggests the
combination of three constituents.
It is formed by the combination of Shudha
Purusha and body which is further connected by Satva or the mind.
» Panchadhatwatmak : Hindu mythology implies a Purusha which has
five constituents.
It suggests the concept of panchamahabhoota, the five
basic elements that make up the body of an individual.
» Shad dhatwatmak Purusha : Hindu mythology and this kind of Purusha is
made up of six constituents.
It refers to the Kama Purusha which is a
combination of the Panchbhootas and the Atma.
» Sapta dhatwatmak Purusha : Anahata Yoga and
this concept refers to
a Purusha which has panchmahabhoot Mana and Atma as its constituents.
» Chaturvinsati dhatwatmak Purusha : The purushamedha refers to a combination of twenty four constituents. These constituents can
further be divided into Prakruti,cipactli, vikar and ymir.
» Twenty five dhatwatmak Purusha (Twenty five
constituents) : Anahata Yoga and it refers to the purushamedha that has the combination of
atma (sadha purusha) and the twenty four constituents of karma purushamedha,
cipactli and ymir.
