Day 01:

On arrival in Coimbatore airport, Our representative will meet and assist for your transfer to  for Corniche Inn resort. Rest of the day at leisure.

Over night at Corniche Inn resort for the highly effective weight loss treatments. 

Day 02:

Most people, of course, focus on one number when trying to lose weight. Because so many people are obsessed about being overweight, about fitting into jeans, about impressing the casting director.  

We’re concerned about making you feel better, helping you Live Life to the fullest , and slowing the effects of aging. It is even possible to be overweight and fit if you make choices to control things like your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  

After waking up in the early morning for these weight loss treatments, you will be given a herbal drink for detoxification.  This herbal liquid helps in purifying the toxins and will leave with you with lots of energy.   After this you will be taken for a 30 Minutes brisk walk.   During these weight loss treatment packages, we wont be providing you with a Cardio / muscular work out.  These kinds of activities will make us put
more muscle weight and rather in coming down on the scales , the Nos will be going up and makes you getting frustrated.  Cardio is really effective in long term weight loss.  But for the initial couple of Months, doing two much of Cardio will help you in building muscles and your weight will certainly spike up.  Hence we focus on the flexibility exercises like Yoga, Power walk and swimming etc.  

Return to Resort, relax for some time.  Now again an herbal drink will be given to you.  If you are a tea/coffee lover, you will be given a good tea/coffee with Stevia sugar.  After taking the herbal drink or tea / coffee on this weight loss packages, you will be starting doing yogasanas ( Hatha Yoga style ) for 45 Minuites and the same will be followed by 15 Minutes deep breathing and 15 minutes Meditation.  Now all your tensions and stresses are bygone and you will be a new person focused on the current days regime and will be fully alive and refreshed.

Breakfast in resort

Breakfast 

Cereal with Seeds, Walnuts and Fruit [Calories 290] 
* 1 Shredded Wheat biscuit  
* 1/2 cup non-fat milk  
* 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds / any other natural seeds 
* 4 chopped walnuts 
* 1 apple, chopped 

Cover wheat biscuit with the milk and top with seeds, chopped nuts and apple. 

Snack Suggestion  

* 1 orange [Calories 70]

After the midmorning snack, you will be called for a massage therapy session and relaxion through visualization session.   Both are the wonder keys for de-stressing and will give you the fabulous body and mind.  Relax in the garden  

Lunch 

Grilled Ham & Swiss on Rye and Fruit [Calories 340] 

* 1 slice rye bread or whole wheat bread or Brown Rice 
* 1 oz low-fat cheese 
* 3 oz deli ham / Grilled chicken / Tofu / Paneer / Fish Curry  
* 1/2 tsp honey mustard 
* 4 cherry tomatoes 
* 1 kiwi fruit 

Toast the bread on one side, under broiler. Spread the non-toasted side with the mustard.

Put ham on top, and cover with cheese. Broil until cheese melts.  

Snack Suggestion  

Low-fat yogurt, handful of walnuts or almonds [100) 

After taking Lunch, take a good power nap and enjoy the evening or you can watch TV. 

After two hours of rest, you will be taken for one Hour swimming at the Pool.   This is a second part of workout today. 

Dinner 

Broiled Chicken Breast, Lentils and Vegetables [Calories 344] 

* 5 oz skinless, boneless, chicken breast 
* 1/2 cup cooked lentils 
* 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli 
* 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans 

Spray the chicken with cooking spray and broil until tender. 

Serve with the cooked lentils and steamed or microwave vegetables. 

Extra Daily Allowance 

1/2 cup fat-free milk (or equivalent)

Total Calories 

Total Daily Calories: 1189 

Over night at resort  

Day 03:

Wake up at early morning and go for walk for 30 min. The right is you eat some carb. Something like a slice of bread, or a cereal bar. Than, after your exercising you can have breakfast, eating fruits, a protein, like milk or cheese and carb again. If you eat nothing, you'll burn the calories from the day before, but it won't be good to your health.

Repeat the previous days activities. 

Take lunch in resort. Enjoy the sightseeing near resort  

Day 04 to Day 10:

Day 10: 

You would have definitely lost around 3-4 Kgs weight during these days and today this 9 Nights 10 days weight loss packages comes to an end.  Get ready for your move after a very pleasant, enjoyable, worthy experience. 

Please note this Resorts has various Slimming treatments which offers you with a weight loss of more than 5 Kgs in 10 days and 15 Kgs in One Month.   Though this resort health and fitness wont suggest you with those drastic weight loss packages, a severe medical supervision is being provided to you if you undergo these drastic slimming treatments and on the verge to drop some hectic Kilos / Pounds immediately.
