Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, 1cup milk.
  • 2 cups boiled and flaked fish.
  • 20 grams grated cheese.
  • 2 cups cooked fine noodles.
  • Handful of coriander leaves.
  • 3 green chillies, minced.
  • ¼ - inch piece ginger, minced.
  • ½ tsp. each of garam masala,
  • ground cumin and coriander seed.
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste.
Method
  • Mix together all the above ingredients and put in anon-stick baking dish or a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a moderate over for 1 hour or till a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
